I can't say enough great things about Roadster Salon. We recently purchased a 2024 Fiat 500e, and the entire process was seamless, transparent, and completely stress-free. Ray was an absolute joy to work with. He clearly takes tremendous pride in what he does and genuinely cares about his customers. From start to finish, he made everything easy and enjoyable. What really blew us away was the level of service. On a busy Saturday, during rush hour, they personally delivered the car to us. Talk about going above and beyond! If you're looking for a dealership that values customer service and makes the car-buying experience painless, I highly recommend Roadster Salon.

Back in September of 2021 I found Roadster Salon on line. It was at the height of the COVID era when interest in personal activities were at their peak. I called Ray, and he was wildly accommodating with his communication regarding options, colors, details, nuances, and more. I made my decision to move forward the following year (2022), and ordered my little Italian dream. The sheer volume of Roadster Salon sales made during that period, extraneous circumstances, parts availability and life insisting on changing as it does---delayed my project longer than anyone expected. Ray insisted that extended timelines are common in the restoration business, and assured us we would be thrilled with the end result. Long story short and a few spirited conversations later, my car was completed during the winter of 2025. With that, my son and I drove out to Ray's new location in Illinois from our home on Cape Cod. We were not only completely mind blown by his operation and crew, but breath taken at the finished result. My car was gorgeous. Ray is like Willy Wonka…except instead of candy he provides joy via Italian roadsters! I spoke to Ray a few times over the past five years, as I wanted to buy another version of my very first car, a5 speed, ‘82 Fiat Spider convertible. Ray was very helpful In walking me through the details of their restore/rebuild process. In the end, I purchased this ‘81 Turbo beauty a few weeks ago and I love it! Yes…it’s a bit more difficult to get in and out of the car at the age of 53 as compared to age 16….but it’s just as fun to drive today as it was back then. Ray is a man of his word as well, backing his cars and the work they do, and he has a talented team of Italian mechanics who do great work. All involved clearly take great pride in what they do. To see the warehouse that houses all the parts as well as some of their in-process and completed rebuilds was very fun as well. Absolutely a kid in a candy store moment! If you have the same dream that I did, give Ray a call. You won’t regret it and I’m confident he can find exactly what you are looking for.

I recently purchased a 2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio TI Sport from Roadster Salon and had a wonderful experience. Ray was very responsive, great service and I got the best deal on the vehicle. They were kind enough to do maintenance before delivery of the vehicle to my house even though I live an hour away. I would recommend them 100% and will definitely purchase cars from them again in the future. **************************************************************** Google does not let me do another review BUT I wanted to let people know that as I said in my previous review, I did purchased another vehicle from them, a 2023 BMW X1. Ray and his team have been amazing during the whole process. I will definitely give Ray a call when its time to replace my current daily driver. Thank you and your team!
